Homemade Truffles
Ingredients:
- Double cream (quarter of a cup)
- Chocolate Chips (250g)
- mini cake cases
- Flavouring or Extract (peppermint, Orange, vanilla.....)
- Wax Paper
- Cling Film
- Toppings (shredded coconut, nuts, honey comb, almonds, coco power......)
- Poor the double cream in to a pan and heat until lightly bubbling
- Pour in the choc chips and melt on a low heat until thoroughly mixed together
- Take off the heat
- Poor 2 drops of flavouring/extract into the mixture and mix thoroughly
- Pour the mixture into a ceramic bowl and cover with cling film and put in the refrigerator for around 2 hrs to harden
- After 2 hours, fill small bowls with each of the topping
- Take out the mixture from the fridge and roll into balls (as big or small as you like) and coat with selected topping and place onto a tray of wax paper (equally spread so they dont stick together), once all have been coated put back into the fridge to chill
To eat, take out of refrigerator approx 30mins before ready to serve

- Ruler
- Glue
- Coloured Tissue Paper
